Press Release- Three Arrested After Disturbance in McHenry

The McHenry County Sheriff's Office arrested Ashli Stout, 32, Alexis Miller, 22, and a 17 year old juvenile for Battery, Mob Action, and Disorderly Conduct after a disturbance that occurred in unincorporated McHenry early Thursday morning.

  At approximately 12:10 a.m., on June 25, deputies responded to the 1100 block of South Crystal Lake Road in McHenry for a disturbance.  Deputies arrived on scene and discovered three victims with various non-life threatening injuries.  The suspects had already left the scene.

  The investigation revealed that the suspects drove to the residence and a physical confrontation occurred.  When police were called the suspects fled the scene.  They were located and stopped by deputies a short time later and subsequently arrested.   All three of the victims were checked by EMS on scene, with one victim being transported to Northwestern Hospital in McHenry.

The charges against these individuals are merely allegations against them.  All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
